Return & Refund Policy
All of our products are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach out to us at support@shopikerd.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence and we will resolve it with a free reprint or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or reprints under any circumstances.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Product Appearance Product images are digital mockups used to show design placement. Actual color, texture, logo size, and print/embroidery appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, and production process.
Refunds Once your case is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@shopikerd.com.
