Overview All Ikerd products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after purchase. This production time is in addition to the shipping transit time.

Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the product ordered. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact your local post office. If your package is confirmed lost, contact us at support@shopikerd.com within:

  • 30 days of the estimated delivery date for US/EU orders
  • 45 days for international orders

We will investigate and work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a reprint or resolution.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.
